Language Arts
1. Adjective Quizzes were returned.
2. Continued working on Argument Paragraph - discussed pros and cons of our topic, did free-writing to brainstorm, began working on creating a debatable claim. HOMEWORK: Finish #2,3,4 on packet due tomorrow (Friday, 11/22/13).
3. Spelling is due next Monday, 11/25/13. Remember, the word sort must be turned in with the signature page. Also, Spelling City will be checked for completion of other activities. PLEASE NOTE: Spelling City should now be back up and running! Yay!
4. Nightly reading.
5. Bring a chapter book to class every day!
Social Studies
1. We got back together with our small groups of 2 or 3 to finish the "Create Your Own Review" activity for Chapter 4. Ms. Leach will announce the winner tomorrow!
2. No homework.
Other
1. Wear PINK on Friday.
2. This week Ms. Leach will be collecting any late/missing work from when Mrs. Jacobs was here with us. Please check PowerSchool and turn in any late/missing work as soon as possible.
