Language Arts
1. 6th grade worked on revising narratives. If you did not finish and post to the wiki, post your revised narrative before Monday.
2. 5th grade worked on giving narrative feedback to peers. Students were required to give at least three critiques to two different students. If you did not finish leaving feedback, post it by Monday.
3. Final narrative is due Thursday, 11/7/13.
4. Verb packet is due Monday, 11/4/13.
5. Verb test Wednesday, 11/6/13.
7. Nightly reading (if you can stay awake long enough after trick-or-treating!)
8. Bring a chapter book to class every day.
Social Studies
1. Chapter 3 test was taken today. After completing the first half, students were allowed to use their textbooks to check answers (and change as needed) and finish the rest of the test.
2. Every student now has access to the textbook online. They can read the book, listen to the book (in English or Spanish!), check out the main ideas, take notes, take practice quizzes, and so much more. Logging in to learntci.com using their school user name and password is easy!
Other
1. Remember to wear PINK (or RED) on Fridays!
2. Book checkout will be Monday next week as there is no school Tuesday.
