Language Arts
Bring a "just right" silent reading book to class every day. Also bring your Reader's and Writer's Notebooks and an appropriate writing utensil to class every day.
1. Due today: Answers to the three questions about main character's motivations and struggles (questions were given in class on Monday)
2. In class: Today we continued our class Read-Aloud of Wonder. We will be using this novel as an example to practice building theories about characters in our own novels. We will also continue to hunt for Notice and Note Signposts along the way.
3. Homework:
-Spelling Packet #2 Due Wednesday, 11/12/14.
-Spelling Test #2 on 11/12/14.
-November R&Es due Monday, 11/24/14.
-Due Wednesday: Find one theory on your Theories Collection page that is simple and obvious. Push your thinking about this theory. Complete at least two of the following prompts:
