Language Arts
1. Daily reading.
2. Bring a "just right" silent reading book to class every day.
3. Bring your Reader's and Writer's Notebooks and an appropriate writing utensil to class every day.
4. In class: Today we continued our work on Personal Narrative with peer revisions, conferencing, and editing.
5. Homework: FINAL (TYPED AND PRINTED) PERSONAL NARRATIVE DUE MONDAY, 10/20/14. Must also be posted to the Wiki with the tags: "personal" and your username.
Note: We will have one last in-class work day for Personal Narratives this week. Remaining work will be homework.
Social Studies
1. Due today: None
2. In class: We began the Chapter 1 Test today AS A CLASS. We will continue to work through this tomorrow while also focusing on test-taking skills.
3. Homework: None
4. Please note: There will NOT be an individual test for chapter 1. However, at the end of the Unit, we will be having a cumulative test on Chapters 1, 3, 4, 5.
