Language Arts
1. Daily reading.
2. Bring a "just right" silent reading book to class every day.
3. Bring your Reader's and Writer's Notebooks and an appropriate writing utensil to class every day.
4. Today we conferred with Ms. Leach on our completed Story Mountains. We moved on to working on our Personal Narrative rough drafts after a mini-lesson on Transitional Words and Phrases. We will continue to work on these rough drafts throughout the week.
5. No other homework


Social Studies
1. Home to School Map was due today.
2. We discussed Longitude and Latitude and completed an in-class activity.
3. Graded Geoterms were passed back last Friday. There will be a quiz on these THIS Friday, 10/3. Use your packet as a study guide. 4. If you did not already bring a book cover for your textbook, it is DUE WEDNESDAY.
