Language Arts
1. Bring a "just right" silent reading book to class every day.
2. Bring your Writer's Notebook and an appropriate writing utensil to class every day.
3. NWEA testing was completed today. Students were given time to read and continue the 40 book challenge. Please note that there was an error on the initial handout. The minimum number of pages for a book is 150 for 5th graders and 200 for 6th graders.
4. No other homework.
Social Studies
1. Geoterms were collected today.
2. Students worked on the "See, Think, Wonder" activity in class today. This is due tomorrow. Here is a link to the paper students were given (with color photos).

2. Please send in $2 for the bandanas you received at camp. Mrs. Jacobs has three bandanas that were found in various locations at camp. Please see her if you think one might be yours!
3. Mrs. Jacobs has posted about 250 photos from 5/6 Camp! The link to the DropBox is here. If you have photos to share, send an email so you can be added to the contributors. A link to share the DropBox will be sent to you, directly. Please rename your photos so you don't accidentally overwrite someone else's photos. A suggestion is to use your last name and then number the photos (i.e., Jacobs01.jpg, Jacobs02.jpg, etc.).
