Language Arts
1. Daily reading.
2. Bring a "just right" silent reading book to class every day.
3. Bring your Reader's and Writer's Notebooks and an appropriate writing utensil to class every day.
4. Today we had a reading mini-lesson with Mrs. Truesdell during our Media Center Time. We also had a nice portion of our time dedicated to reading!
5. No other homework
Social Studies
1. Books and ISNs were passed out today. Textbooks could not be passed out unless you had your book cover. If you did not already bring a book cover for your textbook, it is DUE tomorrow.
2. We began a Geography Challenge in our ISNs. We will continue these tomorrow.
3. Graded Geoterms were passed back last Friday. There will be a quiz on these THIS Friday, 10/3. Use your packet as a study guide. The PDF version of the definition cards is still available as well and has now been posted on the Social Studies wiki: http://fitz-brown14.wikis.birmingham.k12.mi.us/Social+Studies+Workshop
