Language Arts:
1. Bring a "just right" silent reading book to class every day.
2. Bring your Writer's Notebook and an appropriate writing utensil to class every day.
3. Students wrote a brief narrative today based on a time they felt a strong emotion. After writing, they shared with a peer and received feedback about how to improve their narrative.
4. Remember that tomorrow is NWEA testing, so report to room 501 right away and bring your silent reading book!
Social Studies:
1. No homework!

1. Tomorrow is the first of our Pink Fridays to support research to cure cancer. Wear pink, if you have it. An order form for the "I Wear Pink for my Teacher" t-shirts will be available soon.

3. Please send in $2 for the bandanas you received at camp. Mrs. Jacobs has three bandanas that were found in various locations at camp. Please see her if you think one might be yours!
